If I were rubbing my back tire, where would I be?

Hey yall. I have a 12 SG, just finished all my winter projects in it and now the back tire is running. Its probably rubbing cause I dropped the back suspension a little over 2 inches. Rides great, minus the rubbing. Id like to see if there is something I can remove to stop the rubbing before I chance the suspension.

    Any suggestions?

No marks on the tire, and it only rubs on hills that Im going up under throttle and when Im about 50% throttle or more.

Sounds like you are rupping the tire on the fender. There are a few things you can do. 1- raise your rear fender by modifying your fender mounts, or 2- get a set of shocks that are 1 inch longer, which I doubt you want to do. So it's #1. It can be done with just drilling different holes in the sides of the fender. Of course you want to make certain that the tire is out of the way. Jack up the bike, release the shocks and drill new holes into the sides. You really should get this fixed before you rub through the wires for your taillight and the turn signals.
