2011 Tri Glide waning lights?
Dad is in the mountains of GA and is having what he thinks is an overheating problem. He gets this set of lights. Red and yellow in the Spedo.
Any ideas what this is?

The red light is an indicator light. He's gotta check codes. It could be an issue with one of his lights. (Headlight high/low tail light).
I don't know what year it is to put it in diagnostic mode.

I think on that model you turn the bike off, set run on and then turn the ignition on. Use the trip button to scroll through the codes. That's just speculation based on the one little picture

Apologies.. I see it's a 2011.. the above procedure should put it into diagnostic mode.

Sorry about the multiple posts, I just had some time to look a little more closely, and it was 430 in the morning when I first replied
The red light is a fault light typically relating to the security system but that can indicate an issue with lighting (head lights, high and low, tail lights, and indicators) the yellow light is the check engine indicator.
It's easy enough for him to check all his lighting to see if that's the issue. If the fault lights come on and off, It can maybe be an electrical problem. (I had a problem with the ground on my softtail and the red light came and went and it could also trigger other codes causing the check engine light).
However, both lights require a fault code reading to better diagnose the issue (or possible issues) He can check the codes with the bike on diagnostic mode as I described above.
Has the bike had any physical issues to accompany the indicator lights? With symptoms and the error codes, it might be a little easier to help diagnose.
